Currently our products are only available in Canada. 

We always offer free shipping on orders of $ 125 or more, before taxes.

Canada Post shipping charges are calculated at checkout, based on the size of the package and the destination of the shipment. 

It usually takes 2-4 business days for our team to prepare your online orders. Once your order has been prepared, the shipping time depends on Canada Post. Due to covid-19, shipping times may be longer than expected.

The Barn House Factory is not responsible for the loss of a package, delivery errors or damaged packages. It is the consumer's responsibility to verify their delivery information before finalizing the order.

 

I made a mistake in my delivery address. 

Make sure to enter your full address in your account and on PayPal, otherwise we will not be responsible for the nondelivery of your order. 

All costs related to an error on your part will be deducted from the refund of an order returned to us by Canada Post. If you have chosen Canada Post, please contact us by email. It would be our pleasure to help you.
